This 2005 built four
bedroom, three bathroom vacation home is situated just 9 miles from Walt
Disney World. It is in a quiet location (with miles of protected habitat
at the end of the street) off Highway 27, close to the I-4 and 192, but
it is only minutes away from a wide range of shops, restaurants and other
amenities including championship golf courses. It offers easy access to
all Orlando's theme parks and shopping malls.
This beautiful, fully air conditioned home can comfortably sleep up to
10 persons in two kingsized and two twin bedrooms with a double sofa bed
in the spacious living room. The master bedroom opens onto the pool area
through patio doors and has a large en-suite bathroom containing a corner
bath, spacious shower and double wash basins and walk in closet. The second
bedroom is also en-suite with the remaining two bedrooms sharing the third
bathroom. Ceiling fans are in the living room and master bedroom.
The living room opens onto the private screened swimming pool and spa
area with a south facing extended pool deck. It is fully furnished with
four sun loungers and table and chairs, perfect for relaxing in with a
cool drink after the children have gone to bed. For those with young children,
the pool can also be protected by a high child safety fence. Pool and
spa heating is an optional extra. For your convenience there is a poolside
toilet, wash basin and shower. There is also a shaded area for relaxing
on with a ceiling fan.
The dining area comfortably seats 6 people and the spacious well equipped
kitchen has everything you need including a large refrigerator (with ice-maker),
oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. A full sized clothes washer and drier
are also provided for the benefit of those guests staying for longer than
a suitcase full of clothes would allow. Bedding, bathroom towels, table
linen and tea towels are provided. The house comes equipped with two TV's,
DVD/CD player, telephone, and Playstation 2 (USA version, games and memory
cards not included).
